GUILD WORKSHOP: Mini Quilt with Texture
COURTHOUSE QUILTERS WORKSHOP: For this mini wall quilt, let’s start from the back and work our way towards the front, adding texture as we go!
EXPLORE SURFACE DESIGN AND MAKE A MODERN WALL QUILT, WITH TEXTURE!
This is a fun way to explore texture and surface design by making a small modern wall quilt. I’ll guide you through the steps of working within a limited palette to quickly build in texture and layers of stitching.
You will leave the workshop with a finished mini wall quilt, and tons of ideas for adding more texture and surface design to your next project. Bring your materials and your spirit for quilting adventure!
This workshop is a 6-hour live-stream event, conducted on Zoom, consisting of live instruction (no recording, please). You should have the current version of Zoom installed on your computer or laptop. Guidance for getting started will be sent in advance of the workshop.
This workshop is hosted by the Courthouse Quilters – CHQ. It will be presented virtually via Zoom.
