Revitalize Your Brand

On June 17, 2016, I participated in a branding presentation at the Forum on Strategic Fundraising. My co-presenters were Teresa Moore of Moore Ink. PR and Fundraising Communications, and Andrea Solomon of Washington Access for Better Schools (WABS).

The Forum on Strategic Fundraising is presented annually by AFP Advancement Northwest, our regional chapter (and one of the largest in the world) of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. AFP Advancement Northwest transforms the relationship between donors and fundraisers, building a more vital culture of philanthropy and stronger communities. They believe the fundraising profession must rise to meet the highest standards of innovation and find creative solutions to help philanthropists make an even bigger impact in advancing the ever-growing needs that nonprofit organizations serve.

In our presentation, Revitalize Your Brand, we talked what a brand really is, how to convey your brand in effective messages, how good design plays a role in good branding, and also presented a case study of how one nonprofit took advantage of a milestone to rebrand.
